North Coast Surfers

The North coast of Ireland has on occasion been a surfers paradise. With large swells and small local crowds, its allowed me to really practice my in-water photography and challenge myself in waters close to home.

Swimming in a thick 5mm wetsuit with gloves and boots is a different experience to what I am used to in more tropical waters. but its absolutely lends its self to a completely different photography style. more brutal, more harsh.
